I saw this Parthenice tiger moth last night on the wall of my studio. Such sublime beauty.
I love moths. I have friends that are scared of them and don’t like them. I understand. But I adore them. As far as pollinators go, they are as important, as bees and butterflies and other more recognized pollinators. They keep our planet functioning. In some ecosystems their night pollination is the only pollination many plants receive.
Please do not spray chemicals in the air, or at the ground, or anywhere for that matter. We cannot survive without pollinators. We cannot survive without plants. There is no planet B. This is the most important issue. Please only vote for politicians that put the environment at the forefront of their campaign.
